The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall on March 13, of the Toys R Us Imaginarium Activity Walker, due to defects in the product’s design that could pose a choking hazard for young children. According to the recall notice, the small bolt and spacer that attaches each front wheel to the Toys R Us activity walker can detach, which could put children at risk of choking. To date, Toys R Us has received at least five reports of the front wheels detaching from the recalled activity walkers, although no injuries have been reported at this time.
